Fitted Line Plot for Predict First Response Time

Use Fitted Line Plot to use one continuous predictor to predict first response time.

Example

First response time (FRT) is the time between when the ticket is created and the agent's initial response.

In this worksheet, First Response Time is the response. Schedule Adherence is the predictor and may explain differences in first response time.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select First response time.
  3. Select Predict first response time, then click OK.
  4. Select Fitted Line Plot, then click OK.
  5. In Response (Y), enter the column that contains the first response time data. The response is also called the Y variable.
  6. In Predictor (X), enter a column of numeric data that may explain or predict changes in first response time. The predictor is also called the X variable.
  7. Click OK.
