Correlogram for Visualize Relationships With First Response Time

Use Correlogram to visualize the correlations between first response time and other continuous variables.

Example

First response time (FRT) is the time between when the ticket is created and the agent's initial response.

In this worksheet, First Response Time, Schedule Adherence, Number of Agents, and Training Hours are the variables.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select First response time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with first response time, then click OK.
  4. Select Correlogram, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter at least two columns of numeric data.
  6. Select Display correlation values.
  7. Click OK.
