Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize total or average first response time by one categorical variable.

Example

First response time (FRT) is the time between when the ticket is created and the agent's initial response.

In this worksheet, First Response Time is the graph variable. Call Center Location is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select First response time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with first response time, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of first response time that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the first response time data.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
