Display Descriptive Statistics for Visualize Average Call Length

Use Display Descriptive Statistics to describe the average, range, and distribution of call length using graphs and tables.

Example

Average call length is the average length of time an agent spends on a call.

In this worksheet, Call Length is the variable. Department is the optional grouping variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select Average call length.
  3. Select Visualize average call length, then click OK.
  4. Select Display Descriptive Statistics, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the call length data.
  6. In By variables (optional), enter the columns that contain the grouping data to explore the differences between the groups.
  7. Click OK.
