Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize total or average call length by one categorical variable.

Example

Average call length is the average length of time an agent spends on a call.

In this worksheet, Call Length is the graph variable. Call Center Location is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select Average call length.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average call length, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of call length time that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the call length data.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
