Fitted Line Plot for Predict After-call Work Time

Use Fitted Line Plot to use one continuous predictor to predict after-call work time.

Example

After-call work time is the amount of time an agent uses to complete any remaining work after a customer call ends.

In this worksheet, After-Call Work is the response. Schedule Adherence is the predictor and may explain differences in after-call work time.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select After-call work time.
  3. Select Predict after-call work time, then click OK.
  4. Select Fitted Line Plot, then click OK.
  5. In Response (Y), enter the column that contains the after-call work time data. The response is also called the Y variable.
  6. In Predictor (X), enter a column of numeric data that may explain or predict changes in after-call work time. The predictor is also called the X variable.
  7. Click OK.
