Time Series Plot for Visualize Peak Hour Traffic

Use Time Series Plot to visualize trends in peak hour traffic.

Example

Peak hour traffic is the time of day when most tickets are generated.

In this worksheet, Peak Hour Traffic is the graph variable in time order.

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Ticket Volume, select Peak hour traffic.
Select Visualize peak hour traffic, then click OK.
Select Time Series Plot, then click OK.
In Series (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the peak hour traffic data.
Click OK.
