Use Scatterplot to visualize peak hour traffic versus one continuous variable.

Example

Peak hour traffic is the time of day when most tickets are generated.

In this worksheet, Peak Hour Traffic is the Y variable, and Peak Hour Traffic - Historical is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Volume, select Peak hour traffic.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with peak hour traffic, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the peak hour traffic data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the peak hour traffic.
  7. Click OK.
