Histogram for Visualize Peak Hour Traffic

Use Histogram to visualize the distribution of peak hour traffic.

Example

Peak hour traffic is the time of day when most tickets are generated.

In this worksheet, Peak Hour Traffic is the variable.

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Ticket Volume, select Peak hour traffic.
Select Visualize peak hour traffic, then click OK.
Select Histogram, then click OK.
In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the peak hour traffic data.
Click OK.
