Display Descriptive Statistics for Visualize Peak Hour Traffic

Use Display Descriptive Statistics to describe the average, range, and distribution curve of peak hour traffic using graphs and tables.

Example

Peak hour traffic is the time of day when most tickets are generated.

In this worksheet, Peak Hour Traffic is the variable, and Call Center Location is the optional grouping variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Volume, select Peak hour traffic.
  3. Select Visualize peak hour traffic, then click OK.
  4. Select Display Descriptive Statistics, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the peak hour traffic data.
  6. In By variables (optional), enter the columns that contain the grouping data to explore the differences between the groups.
  7. Click OK.
