Correlogram for Visualize Relationships With Peak Hour Traffic

Use Correlogram to visually compare the correlations between peak hour traffic and other continuous variables.

Example

Peak hour traffic is the time of day when most tickets are generated.

In this worksheet, Peak Hour Traffic, Peak Hour Traffic - Historical, Schedule Adherence, and Speed of Answer are the variables.

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Ticket Volume, select Peak hour traffic.
Select Visualize relationships with peak hour traffic, then click OK.
Select Correlogram, then click OK.
In Variables, enter at least two columns of numeric data.
Select Display correlation values.
Click OK.
