Boxplot for Visualize Peak Hour Traffic

Use Boxplot to visualize the median and range of peak hour traffic and to identify unusual observations.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Volume, select Peak hour traffic.
  3. Select Visualize peak hour traffic, then click OK.
  4. Select Boxplot, then click OK.
  5. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the peak hour traffic data.
  6. Click OK.
