Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to compare callback messages across two or more categories.

Example

Callback messages are the number of voicemail messages left for agents to call back over a specific time period.

In this worksheet, Callback Messages is the graph variable. Department is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Volume, select Callback messages.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with callback messages, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of callback messages that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the callback messages data.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
