Scatterplot for Visualize Relationships With Average Age Of Ticket

Use Scatterplot to visualize ticket age versus one continuous variable.

Example

The age of a ticket measures the length of time an unresolved ticket is open if not resolved on first contact.

In this worksheet, Ticket Age is the Y variable, and Schedule Adherence is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Resolution, select Average age of ticket.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average age of ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the ticket age data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the ticket age.
  7. Click OK.
