Individuals Chart for Visualize Average Age Of Ticket

Use Individuals Chart to analyze the stability of ticket age with control limits.

Example

The age of a ticket measures the length of time an unresolved ticket is open if not resolved on first contact.

In this worksheet, Ticket Age is the graph variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Resolution, select Average age of ticket.
  3. Select Visualize average age of ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Individuals Chart, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the ticket age data.
  6. Click OK.
