Fitted Line Plot for Predict Average Age Of Ticket

Use Fitted Line Plot to use one continuous predictor to predict ticket age.

Example

The age of a ticket measures the length of time an unresolved ticket is open if not resolved on first contact.

In this worksheet, Ticket Age is the response. Schedule Adherence is the predictor and may explain differences in ticket age.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Resolution, select Average age of ticket.
  3. Select Predict average age of ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Fitted Line Plot, then click OK.
  5. In Response (Y), enter the column that contains the ticket age data. The response is also called the Y variable.
  6. In Predictor (X), enter a column of numeric data that may explain or predict changes in ticket age. The predictor is also called the X variable.
  7. Click OK.
