Correlogram for Visualize Relationships With Average Age Of Ticket

Use Correlogram to visualize the correlations between ticket age and other continuous variables.

Example

The age of a ticket measures the length of time an unresolved ticket is open if not resolved on first contact.

In this worksheet, Ticket Age, Schedule Adherence, Number of Agents, and Training Hours are the variables.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Resolution, select Average age of ticket.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average age of ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Correlogram, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter at least two columns of numeric data.
  6. Select Display correlation values.
  7. Click OK.
