Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize total or average ticket age by one categorical variable.

Example

The age of a ticket measures the length of time an unresolved ticket is open if not resolved on first contact.

In this worksheet, Ticket Age is the graph variable. Call Center Location is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Resolution, select Average age of ticket.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average age of ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of ticket age that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the ticket age data.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
