Pie Chart for Visualize Service Level

Use Pie Chart to visualize the percentage of tickets that meet their service level agreement.

Example

Service level is the ability to meet the standards in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In this worksheet, Service Level contains data to indicate whether the service level agreement was met. Department is the optional grouping variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Service level.
  3. Select Visualize service level, then click OK.
  4. Select Pie Chart, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables, enter the column that contains data on the status of service level agreements.
  6. To explore groups in your data, do one of the following.
    • In the web app, in Group variables (0-2), enter the columns that define the groups.
    • In the desktop app, select Multiple Graphs. On the By Variables tab, enter the columns that define the groups.
  7. Click OK.
