Scatterplot for Visualize Relationships With Hold Time

Use Scatterplot to visualize hold time versus one continuous variable.

Example

Hold time is the amount of time a caller is on hold before an agent connects with them.

In this worksheet, Hold Time is the Y variable, and Schedule Adherence is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Hold time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with hold time, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the hold time data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the hold time.
  7. Click OK.
