Correlogram for Visualize Relationships With Hold Time

Use Correlogram to visualize the correlations between hold time and other continuous variables.

Example

Hold time is the amount of time a caller is on hold before an agent connects with them.

In this worksheet, Hold Time, Schedule Adherence, Total Call Length, and Customer Satisfaction are the variables.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Hold time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with hold time, then click OK.
  4. Select Correlogram, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter at least two columns of numeric data.
  6. Select Display correlation values.
  7. Click OK.
