Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize average hold time by one categorical variable.

Example

Hold time is the amount of time a caller is on hold before an agent connects with them.

In this worksheet, Hold Time is the graph variable. Call Center Location is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Hold time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with hold time, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of hold time that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the hold time data.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
