Scatterplot for Visualize Relationships With Average Speed Of Answer

Use Scatterplot to visualize speed of answer versus one continuous variable.

Example

Speed of answer is the time from when a customer enters the queue to the time when an agent responds to the ticket.

In this worksheet, Speed of Answer is the Y variable, and Schedule Adherence is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Average speed of answer.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average speed of answer, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the speed of answer data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the speed of answer.
  7. Click OK.
