Use Histogram to visualize the distribution of speed of answer.

Example

Speed of answer is the time from when a customer enters the queue to the time when an agent responds to the ticket.

In this worksheet, Speed of Answer is the variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Average speed of answer.
  3. Select Visualize average speed of answer, then click OK.
  4. Select Histogram, then click OK.
  5. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the speed of answer data.
  6. Click OK.
