Correlogram for Visualize Relationships With Average Speed Of Answer

Use Correlogram to visually compare the correlations between speed of answer and other continuous variables.

Example

Speed of answer is the time from when a customer enters the queue to the time when an agent responds to the ticket.

In this worksheet, Speed of Answer, Hold Time, Schedule Adherence, Total Call Length, and Customer Satisfaction are the variables.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Average speed of answer.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average speed of answer, then click OK.
  4. Select Correlogram, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter at least two columns of numeric data.
  6. Select Display correlation values.
  7. Click OK.
