Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize average speed of answer by one categorical variable.

Example

Speed of answer is the time from when a customer enters the queue to the time when an agent responds to the ticket.

In this worksheet, Speed of Answer is the graph variable. Call Center Location is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Service Level, select Average speed of answer.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with average speed of answer, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of speed of answer that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the speed of answer data.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
