Pie Chart for Visualize Yes/no Survey Responses

Use Pie Chart to visualize the percentage of yes/no survey responses.

Example

A yes/no survey question is one where the response can be one of 2 possible values.

In this worksheet, Response contains data to indicate whether the survey response is Yes or No. Department is the optional grouping variable.

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Customer Satisfaction, select Yes/no survey.
Select Visualize yes/no survey responses, then click OK.
Select Pie Chart, then click OK.
In Categorical variables, enter the column that contains the yes/no responses.
To explore groups in your data, do one of the following.
- In the web app, in Group variables (0-2), enter the columns that define the groups.
- In the desktop app, select Multiple Graphs. On the By Variables tab, enter the columns that define the groups.
Click OK.
