Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values for Visualize Yes/no Survey Responses

Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare reasons for survey responses across two or more categories.

Example

A yes/no survey question is one where the response can be one of 2 possible values.

In this worksheet, Response, Department and Call Center Location are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Customer Satisfaction, select Yes/no survey.
  3. Select Visualize yes/no survey responses, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the yes/no responses and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
