Display Descriptive Statistics for Visualize Rating Scale Survey Responses

Use Display Descriptive Statistics to describe the average, range, and distribution curve of survey responses using graphs and tables.

Example

A rating scale survey question is one where the response can take on many values, such as 1–10 or 1–100.

In this worksheet, Rating is the variable, and Department is the optional grouping variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Customer Satisfaction, select Rating scale survey.
  3. Select Visualize rating scale survey responses, then click OK.
  4. Select Display Descriptive Statistics, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the survey responses.
  6. In By variables (optional), enter the columns that contain the grouping data to explore the differences between the groups.
  7. Click OK.
