Pie Chart for Visualize Multiple Choice Survey Responses

Use Pie Chart to visualize the percentages of multiple choice survey responses.

Example

A multiple choice survey question is one where the response can take on three or more categorical outcomes.

In this worksheet, Response contains the survey responses. Call Center Location is the optional grouping variable.

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Customer Satisfaction, select Multiple choice survey.
Select Visualize multiple choice survey responses, then click OK.
Select Pie Chart, then click OK.
In Categorical variables, enter the column that contains the survey response data.
To explore groups in your data, do one of the following.
- In the web app, in Group variables (0-2), enter the columns that define the groups.
- In the desktop app, select Multiple Graphs. On the By Variables tab, enter the columns that define the groups.
Click OK.
