Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare survey responses across two or more categories.

Example

A multiple choice survey question is one where the response can take on three or more categorical outcomes.

In this worksheet, Response, Department and Call Center Location are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Customer Satisfaction, select Multiple choice survey.
  3. Select Visualize multiple choice survey responses, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the survey response data and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
