Specify the default settings for symbols on control charts

File > Options > Control Charts and Quality Tools > Data View > Symbols

Specify the default appearance of the symbols that represent data points on control charts. You can specify different settings for in-control points and out-of-control points on controls charts. You can also specify different settings for the lower CUSUM (cumulative sum) on CUSUM control charts. The changes you make to the defaults remain until you change them again, even after you exit Minitab.
