Specify the x and y parameters for the mesh data, and, optionally, specify a function for z-values.
Under Store in, enter a column number (for example, C1) or a column name for the generated x and y data.If the name contains spaces, enclose the name in single quotation marks.
Under From and To, specify the beginning and ending values for the x and y data.
Under Number of
positions, specify the number of values to generate for the x and y data.
If you want to generate Z-values, complete the following steps.
In Store Z variable

Use function

In Function
parameters(optional), you can enter custom parameters, separated by a space, for the selected function. The parameters that you can enter depend on the function. For more information on parameters for functions, go to Mesh data functions.
