Determine the owner for a table

Follow these steps to view details of a table in one summarized view.

  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open General Information.
  3. Under the Owner heading, you can view who created the table.

Filter the Record Audit by action

Specify a filter to display certain actions within the Record Audit. For example, follow these steps to view only the insert actions of a table.

  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open Record Audit.
  3. Select , and select Insert.
  4. Select Run .

View a summary of the data

Follow these steps to view a summary of the data values from a table.
  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open Fields.
  3. Under Sample Data, you can view a summary of data values. Also, you can view the data type, the size of the field, and many other summary details.

View when a flow was last run

Follow these steps to view all the data flows to a table.
  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open Flows. From here, you can view the name of the flow, the flow owner, the flow trigger, and other details.

View a list of prepped views

Follow these steps to view a list of the prepped views for a table.
  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open Prepped Views. From here, you can view the name and description of the view, the view owner, and which fields are in the view.

View a list of data exports

Follow these steps to view a list of the data exports for a table.
  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open Exports. From here, you can view the name, owner, and type of export.

View a list of data processes

Follow these steps to view a list of the data processes for a table.
  1. Open the Audit Tool .
  2. Open Data Processes. From here, you can view the name and description of the data process, the data process owner, and details on the process.
