Select the Minitab Connect button to open the
Navigation pane. Then open the System tab
. Under Tools, open the Users tab
.
If you are an Admin, you can update the access type for a user.

After you remove a user from a Minitab Connect subscription through the license portal, you can purge that user's information from
Connect if the user has a role that is equal to or lower than your role. To purge a user,
select the Minitab Connect button , then select and find the user that is crossed out. Select their name, then on their
personal page select Purge.
After you purge a user, the acting user can select a new user to take ownership of the purged users assets. Assign ownership to a user in the same or more privileged user group to ensure proper access.
