Overview for Normality Test

Use Normality Test to determine whether data do not follow a normal distribution.

For example, a food scientist for a company that manufactures processed food wants to assess the percentage of fat in the company's bottled sauce to ensure the percentage is not different from the advertised value of 15%. The scientist wants to determine whether the data does not follow a normal distribution before performing other analyses with this data.
