Overview for Subset Worksheet

Use Subset Worksheet to copy specified rows from the active worksheet to a new worksheet. You can specify a subset based on values in a column, formatted cells in a column, brushed points on a graph, and more.

For example, a medical researcher who is studying obesity collects BMI and body fat percentages for adolescent girls. The researcher subsets the data to create a worksheet that contains only BMI values of 25 or greater.
