Shortcut keys

The following tables show the default keyboard shortcuts provided by Workspace.

In the desktop app

The following shortcuts apply to the Workspace desktop app.

When applicable, the following shortcuts apply throughout the desktop app.

To see all available shortcut keys on the Ribbon menu for any tool, press the Alt key.

The following shortcuts apply only when a node is selected on a brainstorming tool.

The following shortcuts apply only when a shape is selected on a process map or a value stream map.

The following shortcuts apply to forms.
