appropriate channels to the intended audience.
The

- Who is your target audience and what are their communication preferences?
- What is the key message you want to convey?
- What is your timeline for delivering the message?
- Who is responsible for delivering the message?
- What are the best delivery methods or channels for reaching your target
audience?
The Communication Plan is commonly used in 8D projects. For more information about 8D, go to 8D Methodology.
