Standard Work Combination Chart

Use the Standard Work Combination Chart form to show the manual, machine, and walking time associated with each work element.

The chart displays the cumulative time for all categories. Use the combined data to identify the waste of excess motion and the waste of waiting.

How-to

Important

Before you conduct a time study, make sure that the process is running normally.

  1. Complete the form.
  2. Choose the takt time units.
  3. Enter the individual time values for each work element by category.
  4. Add columns if necessary to show the entire chart.
