The Shape Data task pane contains a set of data fields where you can enter values for the selected shape. This data can appear with the shape on the map, depending on the display settings.
In this example, the shape data appears below the shape and in the task pane.
If the Shape Data task pane does not contain the data that you want to view, you can add, delete, or rearrange data fields.
By default, Inventory Time does not appear in the Shape Data task pane. This example shows you how to add it.
Now, you can also add inventory time to inventory shapes.
Edit the current data display settings for a shape. For example, if you add new fields to the task pane and you want them to appear with the shape.
|Selected shapes||Apply the current display settings to the selected shapes.|
|Process shapes||Apply the current display settings to all new and existing process shapes.|
|Decision shapes||Apply the current display settings to all new and existing decision shapes.|
|All other shapes, except process and decision||Apply the current display settings to all new and existing shapes, excluding process and decision shapes.|
When you display shape data, the data field label displays the name of the data field by default (Cycle Time). The data field value, or the value you enter in the data field (4 min), is also displayed.
To save space, you can hide the data field labels and data field values. This does not change a shape's data display settings.
