Scatterplot for Visualize Relationships With Ticket Volume

Use Scatterplot to visualize ticket volume versus one continuous variable.

Example

Ticket volume is the number of inbound or outbound tickets in the queue over a specific time period.

In this worksheet, Ticket Volume is the Y variable, and Ticket Volume for Previous Year is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Volume, select Ticket volume.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with ticket volume, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the ticket volume data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in ticket volumes.
  7. Click OK.
