Individuals Chart for Visualize Ticket Volume

Use Individuals Chart to analyze the stability of ticket volume with control limits.

Example

Ticket volume is the number of inbound or outbound tickets in the queue over a specific time period.

In this worksheet, Ticket Volume is the graph variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Ticket Volume, select Ticket volume.
  3. Select Visualize ticket volume, then click OK.
  4. Select Individuals Chart, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the ticket volume data.
  6. Click OK.
