Specify the default setting for displaying hidden columns in dialog boxes

File > Options > Dialog Box

Specify whether hidden columns are available, by default, for selection in dialog boxes. The changes you make to the defaults remain until you change them again, even after you exit Minitab.

Tip

To enable or disable the display of hidden columns in dialog boxes for only the current Minitab session, click in the worksheet, choose Column Properties, then select or deselect Use Hidden Columns in Dialog Boxes.

Use all columns in dialog boxes: All columns, including hidden columns, can be selected.
Use only unhidden columns in dialog boxes: Only unhidden columns can be selected.
