Store results for Accelerated Life Testing

Stat > Reliability/Survival > Test Plans > Accelerated Life Testing > Storage

You can save results from your analysis to the worksheet so that you can use them in other analyses, graphs, and macros. Minitab stores the selected results after the last column of data. The names of the storage columns end with a number that increases as you store the same result multiple times.

Residuals that you can store

Ordinary
Store the ordinary residuals. Minitab stores the values in the column RESI1.
Standardized
Store the standardized residuals. Minitab stores the values in the column SRES1.
Cox-Snell
Store the Cox-Snell residuals. Minitab stores the values in the column CSRE1.

Information on the estimated equation that you can store

Estimated coefficients
Store the estimated coefficients. Minitab stores the values in the column COEF1.
Standard error of estimates
Store the standard error of the estimated coefficients. Minitab stores the values in the column SECO1.
Confidence limits for coefficients
Store the confidence limits of the estimated coefficients. Minitab stores the values in the columns CLCO1 and CLCO2.
Variance/covariance matrix
Store the variance/covariance matrix. Minitab stores the matrix as VCCO1. To display the matrix in the Session window, choose Data > Display Data and select VCCO1. To display the matrix in the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns and select VCCO1.
Log-likelihood for last iteration
Store the log-likelihood for the last iteration. Minitab stores the value as the constant LOGL1. To display the log-likelihood value in the Session window, choose Data > Display Data and select LOGL1. To display the log-likelihood value in the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Constants to Column and select LOGL1.
