Define settings for printing Minitab graphs and for printing all other Minitab items.

Define print settings (Print Setup)

Define paper and page orientation settings for printing all Minitab items except for graphs. These settings will persist for future Minitab sessions.

  1. Click in the item that you want to print to make it active, and choose File > Print Setup.
  2. Under Paper, select the paper Size and Source. The choices depend on the current printer.
  3. Under Orientation, select Portrait or Landscape.
  4. Click OK.

Define print settings for graphs (Page Setup)

Define paper, page orientation, and margin settings for printing Minitab graphs. These settings will persist for future Minitab sessions.

  1. Click a graph to make it active, and choose File > Page Setup.
  2. Under Paper, select the paper Size and Source. The choices depend on the current printer.
  3. Under Orientation, select Portrait or Landscape.
  4. Under Margins, enter the size of the margins.
  5. To resize the printed image to fit within the selected paper and margins, select Scale to paper size.

    If you deselect this option, then the size of the printed graph is the true size. To edit the true size of a graph, double-click in the graph region of the graph and click the Graph Size tab.

  6. Click OK.
