Header bar
The header bar at the top of the screen has a standard set of tools.
- Dashboard title
- Minitab Solution Center displays the title in the top left corner of the header bar. You can select the title and edit it.
- Refresh Data
- If you imported a data connection from the Minitab Data Center or a data source from an online file, you can select Refresh Data to update the data in the dashboard. If you imported a data file, you can
select Refresh Data to browse to the file location and import the most recent version.
Note
If you reorder or delete worksheets in an online Excel file, re-import the Excel file and establish a new connection to ensure that the connection has no errors.
- Present
- View the dashboard with a cleaner navigation display.
- Export

Export the contents of the dashboard to a PDF. You can select which pages you want to export. The PDF displays the dashboard in Present mode, regardless of the current state of the dashboard.
If the dashboard has unsaved changes, Connect prompts you to save the changes before you export. If you cancel the save, you will return to the dashboard without exporting.
- Zoom
- Use the dropdown on the right side of the header bar to adjust the zoom level of the canvas area.
