You can export project data directly from the Workflow
page to a CSV file. This allows you to analyze, share, or archive workflow information
in other applications, such as Minitab® Statistical Software or
Microsoft® Excel.
Export data for the currently selected workflow stage (Ideas, Hopper, Active, Completed, Paused, or Canceled).
- On the Workflow page, select the workflow stage you want to export.
- Select the Export button
. If you apply search parameters,
Engage only exports
the results of your search.
Engage generates and downloads a ZIP file that contains at least two CSV files: the collapsed view and the expanded view of the column set data for the selected stage. Any data table categories in the expanded view are exported as separate CSV files.
