Spell check and print options

Set options for the spell checker and set up a page for printing.

Set options for the spell checker

  1. Choose File > Options, and then click the Spelling tab.
  2. On the Spelling tab, choose any of the following options:
    Option Description

    Clear Ignored Words

    Deletes the list of words that the spell checker currently ignores. This button is only available if you chose Ignore All when a word was flagged as misspelled.

    Default dictionary

    Causes the spell checker to make spelling suggestions in the language of the dictionary you choose.

    Word List

    Opens the Edit Dictionary dialog box so you can enter words that you want the spell checker to recognize, for example, the name of your organization.

Set up a page for printing

  1. Choose File > Print > Page Setup.
  2. In the Page Setup dialog box, do any of the following:
    • Choose the paper size and orientation.
    • Set the page margins.
    • Adjust the page fit and print scaling.
