table, identify the criteria that have a positive impact on the progress of the
project. Include items such as, cost savings, rapid speed to market, employee
support, and emission reductions.
Rate the strength of impact,
where 9 signifies high impact on the project and 1 signifies low impact on the
project.
In the
Negative Impact
table, identify the criteria that have a negative impact on the progress of the
project. Include items such as, long time to complete, high commitment from an
overburdened department, low volume, and lack of management support.
